The hotel boasts a great location near key attractions. Clean rooms and friendly staff. While the carpet was quite worn and some beds sagged a bit, the complimentary pastries in the morning were a delightful touch. it’s a solid choice for a short stay in London.

Excellent location with easy access to public transport and a range of local eateries. The room was quiet and clean, equipped with a surprisingly comfortable bed and four pillows. Enjoyed the complimentary homemade yogurt and pastries each morning as a lovely start to the day. the stairway was narrow and lacked a lift, making it difficult to carry luggage. the housekeeping could have been more thorough during our stay.

i really loved the staff, they were super friendly and helped me with everything. the room was clean and comfy too. location is perfect, really quiet area but so close to victoria station. i felt safe walking around at night. breakfast was good and had nice options.
only thing i could complain about is that there was no hook for my towel in the bathroom and the wifi was kind of weak sometimes. a lil inconvenient during my stay.

Clean and safe vibes
Spent 2 nights in a family room, and it was just what we needed. Clean room, super friendly staff who helped with our bags, and we felt safe walking back from Victoria station. A bit warm at night since there was no AC, but a fan did the trick. loved the breakfast options they had – really tasty!

I enjoyed a peaceful three-night stay in a cozy classic single room. The staff made mornings delightful with complimentary pastries and warm drinks. Although the room was small, it was well organized and comfortable. A tip, bring your own towel hooks if you like to hang things up!

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more space in the room for baby gear and luggage.
